Veterinary Inspection
The schedule of charges on all necessary veterinary services performed by an accredited veterinarian for inspection will be at uniform per head rates pursuant to company agreement with the veterinarian performing such services.

Feed
All feeding at the market will be done by the company and shall consist of hay and pig feed
     1. Cattle $2.00 per day per head
     2. Hogs & Pigs $1.00 per day per head
     3. Sheep & Goats $1.00 per day per head
     4. Horses, Ponies & Mules $5.00 per day per head

Special and Unusual Services
Special selling and stockyard services, such as involved in featured registered cattle and calf sales, not usually required in handling livestock for sale and other specified will be charged for under special arrangement.

Resale charges shall apply on all livestock resold without leaving the company livestock market premises.

No sale charges shall apply when the consignor declares his consignment no sale on price bid, bids in his consignment, or withdraws the same prior to actual sale.
     1. No sale on all cattle $15.00 per head plus other applicable charges
     2. No sale on all hogs & pigs $6.00 per head plus yardage
     3. No sale on all sheep & goats $6.00 per head plus yardage
     4. Horses, Ponies & Mules $95.00 plus applicable charges

The company subscribes to the Code of Business Standards and Practices of Competitive Livestock Marketing Association, as adapted by such business trade association.

All pens, chutes, and alleys are the property of the company and may not be claimed by any patron for his exclusive use. The management will assign pens and may change such assignment without advance notice.

Title to all animals consigned for sale remains in the consignor until the time they are paid for.
